Delivery

We only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland and Wales.

Delivery costs £2.95 per order and is delivered by Royal Mail.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you'll be delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you're unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with the refund policy.

All items returned for a refund should be unworn and still have the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights

You can return your items to us via post within 28 days of receiving your order and we will refund it on receipt. Please complete the "Returning your goods form" enclosed in your delivery. If you no longer have your form please send your unwanted items to the address below along with your name and order number.

Faulty goods

If the goods you receive are faulty please email us at sales@just4kidz.org.uk and supply us with the details of the fault along with your name and order number. We will contact you to discuss a resolution.
